Rule #7: Know What Your Clothes Are Saying About You
This is probably my favorite post because it incorporates my two passions: psychology and fashion! I love how intricate the mind works and how our behavior is incorporated into our every aspect of our lives! Take a look at the observations below regarding what your wardrobe can be saying about you! This is based on the article Tracy DiNuzio, who is a fashion expert and CEO of Tradesy. This company allows people to buy and sell their used clothing all over the world!
- If everything in your closet is logo- ridden, you may be trying to hide your true identity
- If your closet is filled with unworn clothing, you may have a hard time getting rid of the past
- If your closet is filled with brand new clothes, you could be buying your future, but not building it
- If your closet is filled with no color, you may be trying to hide yourself
- If your closet is only filled with pants, you could be stuck in a shell
- If your closet is filled with identical clothing, you could be scared of change
