Rule #6: Opposites Attract

The key to a great outfit for a petite woman is being proportionate. Wearing a bulky on top of bulky will swallow any small and petite woman. Thus, opposites will attract! If one of your pieces in your outfit is either bulky, oversized, or wide cut, etc pair it a form fitting piece. For instance, if you are wearing a oversized sweater, pair it with a pair of straight-legged jeans. Or if you are wearing boyfriend jeans, pair it with a top that fits your body. By using the opposites attract rule, your outfits will flow and look more put together! Above is an excellent examples of this rule!
